As your local guide, I'm connected to the pulse of this desert oasis, offering insights that go beyond square footage. Discover the lifestyle you've been dreaming of - not just for locals but anyone new to the area, considering a move, or simply looking to explore like a true local.

Go where the locals go. ❤️ Last night at Cabaret 88 inside the Palm Springs Art Museum — an unforgettable evening featuring Palm Springs’ own John Barrowman. A truly big Broadway performance in an intimate setting. Cabaret 88 is one of the desert’s hidden cultural gems — a cabaret-style performance series hosted right within the museum, bringing world-class talent into a uniquely close, personal setting. It’s part of the museum’s broader commitment to not only visual arts, but also live performance, music, and community engagement. This is what makes Palm Springs so special — art, culture, and entertainment woven into everyday life. Real estate is about more than loving your home… it’s about loving the lifestyle that surrounds it ❤️. @psartmuseum @johnscotbarrowman

Foxy’s Kitchen + Bar in Rancho Mirage is one of those places locals return to again and again. Known for its relaxed atmosphere, great food, friendly service, and excellent happy hour, it’s a perfect spot to meet friends and unwind after a desert day. Not only one of my favorite hangouts with friends, but I love celebrating the close of escrow with clients over a delicious meal 🍾🥂. Foxy’s will remind you of how restaurants used to be: outstanding food and service with real atmosphere! @foxys_kitchen_and_bar Real estate is about more than the home — it’s about the places that make a community feel like home. Go where the locals go. ❤️

The Mizell Center is one of Palm Springs’ most meaningful gathering places — a vibrant hub for wellness, learning, fitness, and connection. It’s where neighbors meet for classes, community lunches, lifelong learning, and support services that enrich everyday life. Real estate isn’t just about the home — it’s about the lifestyle that surrounds it. And places like the Mizell Center are part of what makes the Palm Springs area such a special place to live, and another reason to make Palm Springs home 😊 P.S., the Greater Palm Springs Realtors @gpsr.ca has a special relationship with @mizellcenterpalmsprings - our weekly board meetings are hosted at Mizell. Why not go where the locals go ❤️

Where the Locals Go

I saw an incredible performance by the “Modern Men” last evening at the Palm Springs Cultural Center. ,I can’t describe the joy that comes from 120+ smiling, dancing, and singing faces full of happiness and sharing the 70s through music. Shout out to tenor RC, my friend since the 70s 😉 There’s always something to do in Palm Springs!

OK not exactly local, but well worth the short drive to San Marino (Pasadena) to see "The Blue Boy" and the world-renowned collections at The Huntington - the library, art museums of American, European, East Asian art, and the botanical gardens on 207 acres. Make it a day trip, there's always something to do in the Palm Springs area, why not go where the locals go?🥰
