The market is changing in more ways than one - legally, culturally, economically, etc. The number of homes for sale has risen to levels not seen in nearly 10 years, so don’t create obstacles for potential buyers. I saw an incredible performance by the “Modern Men” last evening at the Palm Springs Cultural Center. ,I can’t describe the joy that comes from 120+ smiling, dancing, and singing faces full of happiness and sharing the 70s through music. Shout out to tenor RC, my friend since the 70s 😉 There’s always something to do in Palm Springs!
